With a Remote-Learner Platinum Service Contract an organization has the assurance that professional services are readily available in support of the decision to deploy Moodle on a local server. Clients use our services for server optimization, remote installation, remote upgrades of Moodle, Active Directory/LDAP integration setup and general troubleshooting of common problems. 24x7 performance monitoring of the Moodle server is also provided. Further, a historical performance record will be kept of each supported servers cpu usage, load average, storage usage, network usage, and i/o wait states. The Remote-Learner team will also be available to provide updates to your Moodle and evaluate potential 3rd party add-on's before installation.

Rush Service ($1045)

Our rush service puts your Platinum Level Support Contract order, with existing service issues, into a special escalation queue and assigned a senior technician who will work through these issues until resolved. Rush service must be approved by our Support Contract lead. Rush service is intended for clients with an existing production setup that needs immediate high quality service to resolve critical issues (e.g., server offline) with the greatest possible speed.

  • The rush fee applies to a single incident of up to 8 hours total
  • Rush hours count against the accounts total of 35 hours
